BAT CAVE INDOOR SPORTS PTY LTD has a 30-day return policy.


This means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request an exchange of an item or return an item in exchange for store credit.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will contact you to arrange the return.

The return cost of any and all returned items will be at the purchasers cost.

BAT CAVE INDOOR SPORTS PTY LTD does not accept liability for loss or damage incurred during the return postage/freight of items.


Damages, Issues & Warranties

Please contact us immediately if the item received is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Contact us immediately for any bat issues that fall under the manufacturers expressed bat warranty criteria.


Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned like, gift cards, gift vouchers, clearance items, under garments, etc.


Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any item providing it meets with the above criteria.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

We will advise if the exchange or refund is approved.

All refunds will be on your original payment method.
